1865: 600 Hampshire was a 4-story building that housed Noah's Ark department store, offices and apartments on the upper levels.

1915: The building was converted into the Belasco Theater.

1945: A tornado destroyed the 2 upper floors.

1969: The building became the Adams Cinema until it closed in 1999.

2002: This property was donated to a local church.

2011: Noi and Tenille Sonethongkham, purchased the building and opened One Restaurant and Bar in 2012.

2017: We became ONE Event Venue.

2025: Garrett Riley purchased ONE Event Venue.

2026: We renamed to "The Grand Event Venue & Suites"
